There are 6 Levels of Headers. Header size 1 is the largest. Level 4 is usually about the same size as the body text. Use headers consistently as if they were outline levels.
This paragraph is conservative, it's aligned to the right.
This paragraph is liberal, it's aligned to the left (left alignment is the default).
Look in the code for your instructions. Sometimes things are not what they seem. There is often a lot going on behind the scenes that one is not aware of.
